Accounts and Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced administrator primarily to provide a range of accounting functions and also can include general office administration tasks.

This is a permanent, part time or fulltime position based at Rathkeale College.

This is an important accounts position and the focus of the role is:

  • Administrative experience

  • A calm, friendly approach

Accounts Administrator job description includes:

  • Management of the purchasing processes and procedures
  • Preparing invoices for payment
  • On-charging of disbursement items
  • Banking and receipting
  • Reconciliation of key transactional accounts
  • Monthly reporting in regard to the above
  • Reporting to accountant as required

The successful candidate will be a positive motivated person and be experienced working in an accounts department. You will have good accounts knowledge and a high level of numeracy, organisational and administration skills.  You should be experienced in the use of Microsoft Excel/Word/ PCSchools(an advantage).
