Willy Kersten – Principal                                                                                          

Principal of Rathkeale College since 2008. Formerly Associate Rector of Palmerston North Boys' High School. Teaching background in Science and Chemistry and a recipient of a Woolf Fisher Fellowship for contribution to Science Education. Extensive history of personal involvement, coaching and management in cycling and hockey.

Grant Harper – Deputy Principal                                                                             

After teaching at Rathkeale in 1975, and at Ashburton College and Bromsgrove School, Worchestershire UK, he returned to the Rathkeale staff in 1982. Since then he has had numerous College positions including Housemaster of Cranleigh House, middle and senior school deanships, Assistant Principal and acting Principal. He has been Deputy Principal since 1997.

Peter Haworth – Deputy Principal                                                                           

Appointed to this position at the start of 2011, he was previously in senior management at Wairarapa College. His teaching background includes economics and accounting and he was the recipient of a Woolf Fisher Fellowship in Commerce in 2005. His academic credentials are BA (Economics) from Canterbury University and Dip Tchg from Christchurch College of Education.
